1.  General

Jobloid.com is a website administered by Global Career Group LLC., hereinafter referred to as "Jobloid".

These Terms, or any additional terms referred to in these Terms provided on the Sites referred to herein, are hereinafter referred to as "Terms". The terms apply when using websites. The terms apply between Jobloid., and any user.

It is the user's responsibility to keep up to date with the terms applicable to Jobloid.com at any time. The user agrees that Jobloid has the right to make changes to the terms from time to time. Jobloid will provide information on significant commercial changes.

Jobloid does not administer any jobs of their own. Our only task is to facilitate contacts between persons seeking jobs and employers.

Jobloid wants to enable for job-seekers and employers to connect and easily get in touch with each other. The use of Jobloid.com is initially free of charge, however, theUsers may purchase additional services that provide several benefits.

2. Cookies 

Jobloid.com uses cookies. A cookie is an information file that is placed on the user's computer. Cookies cannot identify you as an individual, only the browser installed on the computer that you use throughout the visit.

The cookies will help Jobloid.com to report accurate statistics for visitors, which provides essential information to our employers and advertisers. Furthermore, cookies will help the marketing systems to keep track of ads shown on a particular browser. The information inside the cookies also provides the basis for the statistics of the services that are used, as well as access time on Jobloid.com.

3. Payment and withdrawal

Jobloid.com isan internet-based concept, and therefore, the only way for you to order our services is through our website. All prices include VAT and any additional fees unless otherwise specified. When purchasing Jobloid.com it is possible for you to pay with, for example, Mastercard, Maestro, VISA, or Electron. When you enter your card information on our website, we use a payment service provider with encryption services. Jobloid.com only has access to what type of card you use, as well as the four last numbers of your credit card.

When subscribing to a service, the amount is automatically deducted from your card at the start of each payment period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but not within the first 24 hours due to technical reasons. A canceled subscription will no longer automatically be renewed, and the user will not be charged for any further subscription periods, however, the subscription will continue during the paid period. Already paid subscription periods are non-refundable. You can, at any time, go to your settings to check if your subscription is canceled correctly. At Jobloid.com, you can, for a fee, getaccess to contact employers by purchasing a Verification subscription. The cost of the subscription is currently EUR 49 per month but may in certain periods be cheaper or more expensive as a result of special offers and / or other subscription periods.

You have the legal right to cancel any purchase within 14 days, starting immediately after you have ordered service and received information about the right of withdrawal and terms of the agreement. However, you do not have the right to withdrawal if you agreed to the service to start. Jobloid.com's services enter into force as soon as payment is made. Thus, when you make the initial payment, you agree that the service has begun and thus the right of withdrawal is expired

4. Personal information and privacy policy 

By using Jobloid.com you agree that your personalinformation will be processed following our privacy policy that you can read here.

5. Code of Conduct

Your membership on Jobloid.com and its associated login/password are strictly personal, and you are not allowed to sell, borrow, share, or otherwise disclose it to anyone other than the person with whom you are looking for a property.Furthermore, membership may not be used for competing, commercial purposes.

Jobloid.com does not allow ads or emails that may be perceived as hostile or offensive to individuals, groups, companies, etc. The same shall apply if the content may be considered offensive due to political, sexual, racial, or religious claims if there are gender discriminatory undertones, or similar.

6. Limitation of liability

Jobloid.com takes no responsibility for contracting or contracts concluded between jobseekers and employers. It is the applicants' and the employer's responsibility to make their assessment of the counter party before signing the contract.

Jobloid.com reserves the right for any factual errors in the advertisements. Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of their posted information. Jobloid.com disclaims all responsibility for any agreements or other transactions concluded between users. As a User, you undertake to keep the portal harmless against claims for compensation from user-generated content or actions that violate ourTerms or in violation of applicable law and violation of intellectual property rights. 

Jobloid.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to edit or delete any content that does not comply with our guidelines, or, to decide at an individual discretion on to block the user from using the services of Jobloid.com. Jobloid.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to edit/delete advertisements that are not properly filled in. Furthermore, we reserve the right, without prior notice, to terminate accounts if we suspect fraud or any other misuse of the service. In case of a reasonable suspicion of misuse of Jobloid.com's services, Jobloid.com reserves the right to read the correspondence between the applicant and the employer made through Jobloid.com's system.

Jobloid.com does not guarantee that the services provided by the Portal are constantly available. Malfunctions, maintenance, etc. may occur which affect accessibility and function. Furthermore, Jobloid.com is not responsible for any damage directly or indirectly caused by the use of our websites or its content. We reserve the right to make changes, correct errors, or close down parts of the site for maintenance or further development.

7. Intellectual property rights

By advertising on Jobloid.com, your ad will be searchable through Google or other search engines.

You agree that Jobloid.com may freely dispose of the content without your entitlement to compensation. This disposal includes, among other things, editing the information or copying content such as images. Jobloid.com also reserves the right to make the user-generated content available on other sites for its purposes, such as marketing, even if the ad is removed.

Users may print specific pages from Jobloid.com's websites, for private purposes, but may not otherwise copy, duplicate, publish, upload, post or distribute any content or information without prior written approval of Jobloid.com.
